Let me know what's on your mind...

Many people want to believe that the answer to healthy living is something other than "eating right and exercising". I think the exercises one chooses must be something you enjoy, at least a little. Otherwise, it's impossible to continue forever. And you must continue forever.
You've learned the truth, glad you're sharing it.

Erin- You are such an inspiration! I definitely want to join this journey and fight falling into the cycle I saw myself falling into. I would love to know how you started and maintain your exercise routine. Thanks!

Hey! Maintaining is mostly about discipline and accountability...for me anyway. I try to exercise at least 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes a day. When I am able to do something like a boot camp with others, I push more because I'm held accountable to those huffing and puffing around me! You got this!

Erin, I have known your dad since college and have known you, be it from a distance at times, for many years. I am so proud of you for what you have accomplished. You are truly a very special young woman!
I have used your story a few times to encourage people I come in contact with who are struggling with weight/fitness, etc. You are an inspiration and I hope this blog goes viral.
Way to go Erin, keep it up!!
